Quick answer
Most spas budget for two things: a monthly fee for the people doing the work, and a separate ad budget paid directly to Google and Meta. Start with a small, focused test, measure the cost of each booking and each repeat guest, then increase spend only on what fills rooms.

Begin with one or two treatments and a radius of a few kilometres around your spa. Track calls, WhatsApp enquiries and bookings for a few weeks, then work out what each new guest cost you.
A guest who returns every month is worth far more than one visit. When you judge your budget, count repeat bookings, packages and gift vouchers, not just first visits.
