Most agencies would have started running ads on day one. That approach would have failed — because there was nowhere for the traffic to convert, no content for the algorithm to learn from, and no owned digital asset getting built underneath.
The real diagnosis had three layers. First: no conversion infrastructure — the website couldn't turn traffic into leads even if we sent perfect traffic to it. Second: no content authority — Google had nothing to rank, buyers researching Signature Acers found nothing organic, and the AI answer engines had nothing to cite. Third: no compounding channel — every rupee spent on paid would need to be spent again next month, forever, because nothing was building an owned asset.
The plan wasn't to run more ads. The plan was to build the entire acquisition engine — with paid media as the last layer, not the first.
