Ch. 01 — The Real Problem

Your CPL looks great. Your CFO is furious.

Meta says your CPL is ₹1,200. Google says ₹1,800. Your CRM shows you closed 4 deals from 320 form-fills last month. Your CFO does the math and asks — awkwardly, in front of the whole team — why marketing spent ₹4L to generate revenue nobody can point to.

The problem isn't your paid media manager. Attribution is broken. iOS14 shattered client-side tracking two years ago. Your Meta pixel silently misses ~30% of conversions. GA4 defaults to short attribution windows that under-credit paid channels for long sales cycles. Nobody wired the CRM back to the ad platforms, so Meta is optimising for form-fillers instead of buyers.

The result: your CPL number keeps looking healthy on paper while your cost per closed deal quietly climbs 40% year over year. We fix this at the infrastructure layer. Then the reports and reality start agreeing.

Ch. 02 — See the Gap

The dashboard vs. the reality.

This is what most high-ticket brands see in their ad platforms — and what's actually happening in their revenue. Every month. Without them noticing.

What Meta Ads Manager shows
"Campaign is winning."
Cost per lead ₹1,200
Leads generated 320
Reported ROAS 4.2×

Meta is optimising to generate more form-fillers just like these.

What your CFO actually sees
"Where did the money go?"
Cost per closed deal ₹12,000
Actual closed customers 4
Revenue attributed Unknown

Same spend. Same clicks. Very different truth.

Both dashboards are technically correct. But only one matters. The gap between them — between what the ad platform reports and what actually shows up in revenue — is where 20–40% of your annual paid media budget disappears every year. Once we wire attribution and offline conversions, that gap closes. Your platforms start optimising for buyers, not form-fillers.

Ch. 03 — Our Pricing Philosophy

Zero markup on your ad spend. Ever.

The commitment

Most agencies take 10–20% of your monthly media budget as a markup. On ₹5L/month of spend, that's ₹9L a year quietly going to their P&L instead of your growth.

We charge a flat retainer. Every rupee of your ad budget goes to Meta, Google, or LinkedIn directly. We never touch it. We never see it. Our fee doesn't change if you spend ₹1L or ₹50L a month. Why: agency incentives should never be tied to the phrase "spend more on ads." When we recommend cutting a channel that's not working, you should be able to trust it's coming from strategy — not commission.

Ch. 05 — Channels We Run

Every channel does a specific job.

We pick channels based on where your ICP actually spends time — not on what's trendy. Here's how we think about each.

Meta

01 · FACEBOOK + INSTAGRAM
Best for Volume awareness + retargeting for high-ticket consumer verticals
ICP fit Real estate, healthcare, education, luxury retail, consumer services
When we use it Almost always as a foundation channel
When we skip If your buyer is exclusively B2B enterprise — LinkedIn wins there

Google Ads

02 · SEARCH · PMAX · YOUTUBE
Best for High-intent capture across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube
ICP fit Legal, financial services, B2B SaaS, high-consideration research verticals
When we use it Non-negotiable for law firms, CAs, wealth advisors, consultants
When we skip Rarely — Google is nearly universal for high-ticket

LinkedIn Ads

03 · B2B + PREMIUM
Best for Precise firmographic B2B + premium personal services targeting
ICP fit B2B SaaS with ₹5L+ ACV, executive services, premium education
When we use it Whenever ICP is CXO-level or seniority-targeted
When we skip Price-sensitive B2C — CPMs are prohibitive

TikTok & Reels

04 · SITUATIONAL
Best for Younger high-ticket verticals with aspirational appeal
ICP fit Premium fashion, luxury lifestyle, aspirational real estate for Millennial buyers
When we use it Case-by-case where the audience skews Gen Z / Millennial
When we skip Older ICPs or B2B — audience isn't there yet
Ch. 06 — The Attribution System

The "close the loop" system that separates real paid media from ad spend theatre.

This is the infrastructure work most agencies skip on the way to spending your money. It's also where 30–50% of your CAC improvement lives.

01

Ad Click

Buyer clicks your ad. UTM parameters captured. First-party pixel + server-side tracking both fire.

02

Lead Capture

Form fill or booking. Lead lands in CRM with source, campaign, and creative attribution intact.

03

CRM Progression

Lead scored. Sales team qualifies. Deal moves through stages. Every event tracked.

04

Offline Conversion API

Deal-closed signal fires back to Meta, Google, and LinkedIn via CAPI. Real revenue, real attribution.

05

Algorithm Learns

Platforms optimise for closed deals — not form-fills. CAC drops. Quality climbs.

Once wired, Meta and Google stop optimising for the wrong outcome. Ad platforms learn — through actual revenue signals from your CRM — which ads generate qualified buyers instead of noise. Within 6–12 weeks, CAC drops 20–40% and lead quality improves in parallel. Same spend. Better revenue.

Ch. 07 — What the First 90 Days Look Like

No mystery. No PDF theatre.

Every engagement follows the same four phases. You always know what we're doing and why.

Week 1

Growth Audit

Full teardown of ad accounts, CRM, GA4, past campaigns. 40-page audit + 90-day plan. Delivered whether or not you hire us.

Weeks 2–3

Foundation Setup

Attribution wiring. Offline conversion APIs. Creative pipeline handoff. UTM structure. Dashboard setup. Nothing runs until the plumbing is solid.

Week 4+

Launch & Iterate

Campaigns live. Weekly creative refresh. Bi-weekly async Loom performance updates. Monthly strategy call. Learning phases stay lit.

Months 2–3

Real Signal Emerges

With 60+ days of offline conversion data flowing, algorithms optimise for closed deals. CAC drops. Reporting stabilises. Your CFO stops asking uncomfortable questions.

Ch. 09 — FAQ

Questions high-ticket founders ask us first.

Related: Google Ads vs Facebook Ads: which is better for lead generation?

Do you take a cut of media spend?
No. Zero. We charge a flat management retainer. Every rupee of your ad budget goes to Meta, Google, or LinkedIn directly — we never touch it. This is unusual for the industry, and it's deliberate: agency incentives should never be tied to "spend more on ads." For typical retainer and ad-budget ranges, see our guide to digital marketing cost in India.
What ad platforms do you support?
Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok. We choose channels based on where your ICP actually is — not on what's trendy. Not every brand needs every channel.
How is this different from a "digital marketing agency"?
Most digital marketing agencies do 12 things at 60% quality — social, ads, content, SEO, influencer, PR. We do paid media, performance creative, and answer engine optimization deeply. Everything else, we refer out. Focus is a feature.
What if my sales team says our leads are unqualified?
Usually an attribution problem, not a targeting problem. In Week 1 we wire your CRM back to the ad platforms — so Meta and Google can learn what a qualified lead looks like, not just a form-filler. This typically fixes ~60% of the "bad leads" complaint within 6 weeks.
How long is the minimum engagement?
90-day pilot. If we haven't demonstrably moved the needle by day 90, you walk. No 12-month lock-ins, no penalties.
Do you require access to our CRM?
Yes. Read + limited write access to your CRM (or at minimum, weekly qualified-lead exports) is non-negotiable. Ad platforms need feedback to optimise for the right outcome. We work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, Freshsales, Pipedrive, and Kylas.
Do you handle creative too, or just media buying?
Both — but they're separate services. Our Performance Creative Studio pairs with Paid Media and ships 20–30 fresh ad variants per month to keep learning phases lit. If you have in-house creative that can hit that velocity, we work with them. If you need us to build the pipeline, we run it together.
What's server-side tracking, and do I need it?
Server-side tracking (via Google Tag Manager Server-Side) recovers conversions that iOS14 and browser privacy features block from client-side pixels. For brands spending ₹5L+/month, it typically recovers 15–35% of "missing" conversions — the single highest-ROI attribution fix. We install it as part of foundation setup.
Can you take over from an existing paid media agency?
Yes — roughly half of engagements are inherited. Week 1 audit surfaces what's working, what's broken, and what to migrate vs rebuild. Most transitions complete cleanly in 2–3 weeks with zero campaign downtime.
What kind of results should I expect in the first 90 days?
Realistic: full attribution stack live by end of month 1, first meaningful CAC improvements by end of month 2, and 20–40% CAC reduction against your pre-engagement baseline by end of month 3 for most high-ticket brands. Compounding continues into months 4–6 as offline conversion data accumulates.
