Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 23 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use upsocially.in, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

1. Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. This is our target and we test against it, but we do not claim that every page fully conforms today.

2. What we do

  • Every image has a text description (alt text), and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Pages work on phones, tablets and desktops, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
  • Forms have visible labels and clear error messages that are announced to screen readers.
  • Interactive elements such as buttons, FAQs and filters can be used with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
  • Animations are reduced or switched off if you have turned on "reduce motion" in your device settings.
  • We aim for readable colour contrast and plain language.

3. Known limitations

  • Some older pages skip heading levels (for example a level 2 heading followed by level 4), which can make screen-reader navigation less smooth. We are fixing these.
  • Some decorative text over photographs may have lower contrast on certain screens.
  • Third-party content, such as WhatsApp and Google tools, is outside our control.

4. Need help or found a problem?

If something on our website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us. We will try to help, and to fix the issue.

We aim to reply within 2 working days.

5. Reviewing this statement

We review this statement when we make significant changes to the website and at least once a year.
